Located in the historical center of the idyllic village of Sintra, D.Pipas Restaurant offers since 1983what is becoming rare to find these days. A warming and familiar environment paired by cuisine that allows us to discover the most prized flavors of Portuguese world-renowned traditional gastronomy.
The meal are delightfully prepared by the affectionate hands of Noémia Alves – one of the most well-known traditional local chefs. And, of course, the freshness and quality of the ingredients are irreprehensible.
In addition to the traditional gastronomy dishes, you can also let yourself be seduced by Noémia’s own creativity and you will probably never return to Sintra without planning a visit to this humble “flavors palace”.
The wines in the Wine List are carefully selected each year by the owner Manuel Alves. Here you can find a wide variety of distinct wines produced in several national wine regions.
